Principal

Dr.K.V.J.Rao has about 38 years of total experience comprising of 28 years of academic experience, 5 years of Research experience and 5 years of Industrial experience. He has about 27 years of administrative experience comprising of 8 years as Principal and 19 years as Head of the Mech. Engg. Department. His educational qualifications are – Ph.D from Dept. of Mechanical Engineering, Indian Institute of Science in the field of Surface Contact Mechanics, ME (Machine Design), Post Graduate Diploma in Applied Statistics and B.E (Mechanical Engineering) from Andhra University. He teaches subjects related to design stream, management stream and computer graphics for both UG and PG students. He has guided three candidates – Dr. Y V M Reddy, Dr. K Srinivas and Dr. K Madhava Reddy for Ph.D, and at present three candidates are working under his guidance for Ph.D Degree. He has 18 publications in which 9 are in International Journals and 9 are in National Journals. One paper “Optimum design of axial flow gas turbine stage using genetic algorithms” won best paper award of the Corps of Electrical and Mechanical Engineers, Institute of Engineers (India), 2005. He was awarded five projects – 4 from AICTE (2 under R&D scheme and 2 under MODROBS scheme) for Rs. 34.0 lakhs and one from Andhra Pradesh Council of Science & Technology (APCOST) for Rs. 22,000/-. He lead the team which was awarded the prestigious “A” grade of National Board of Accreditation , AICTE, New Delhi in the years 1998 and 2002 to the Dept. of Mechanical Engineering, RVR&JC College of Engineering, Guntur. He lead the team (as principal, RVR&JC College of Engineering, Guntur) which secured second place(6.7 points) among Private Engineering colleges in Andhra Pradesh in academic audit and grading(AAG) of Andhra Pradesh State Council For Higher Education in the year 2002. He lead the team as PRINCIPAL, St. Martin’s engineering College, Secunderabad for Accreditation of National Board of Accreditation, AICTE, NEW Delhi in Apr 2008 and accreditation was awarded to all the three courses in CSE,ECE and EEE. He is one of the thirty three MASTER TRAINERS of Indian Society of Technical Education. He has organized four training programs, three student meets and participated in several conferences/short term courses. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Engineers (India), Life Member of ISTE, and, Member, American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME), USA.

Vice Principal

Dr. Ajay Vasishth is working as vice principal and Head of science & Humanities department and Professor of Physics. Dr. Ajay is M.Sc in Physics with specialization in fiber optics from osmania university, Hyderabad, in 1999 and based Dr. Sistla Subramanyam gold medal for his outstanding performance at PG Level. He completed his Phd. from JNTU, hyderabad in 2007 and recieved Guest of honour Award from ISTE, at Baba Bandha Singh Badhur Engineering College, Punjab.He has been a life member of ISTE, Indian Bio-Physical Society, Indian Environmental Society, Opticcal Society of America. He has published and attended 20 National and International Conferences. Dr, vasishth has delivered invited Lectures several times on Lasers, Fiber Optics, Monotechnology and also in his research work on Bio-Physics. He has actively organized national level meets,seminars and N.S.S programs in the organization.

General Secretary

Mr. T.V. Reddy, is the Secretary cum Correspondent of the college. He is also member of governing board & various sister concerned institutes of St. Peter's group. Working as correspondent for St. Peter's Group of Institutions at Hyderabad. One of the promoter of St. Peter's group of Educational Institutions. He is PG in English, Economics and education.
