Prof & Head Information Technology Department. The Information Technology branch has entered its third year of sucessful accomplishments. In its tenure, it has established reputation as a department of excellence. The IT branch has performed very well in terms of several yard-sticks, the enthusiastic and lively participation of its studnets in all facts of academic and co-curricular programes. The students of in IT branch St.Peters Engineering College are part of a highly creative and enterprising academic community, constantly learning experiencing and innovating. The dept takes pride in the broad range of course subjects, materials and journals and extensive partnerships with professioanl associations as Microsoft tech clubs, IBM academic initiative, CSI communications, kinduzz, eight training space Pvt. ltd. etc. and the academic bodies, ( Indian society of for technical education, computer society of India, International Electrical and Electronic Engineers Society) to enhance professionalism. St. Petrs Engineering college is athriving and progressive Institute dedicated to providing high quality education that delivers real benefits to the students. We champion and imaginative and innovative elthos that combines sound knowldge about software, hardware and softskills, preparing the students to succed in the everchanding global business arena of engineers. IT first year and Second year students participated in several acitivities like paper Presentations, poster presentations in international and national conferences and workshops. The II year IT students stood first in paper presentaion in NREC. They won first prize in SPEC, Second prize in BVRIT, Second in CMR, III in Aurora, Bhongiri for poster and paper presentaions. Ist year IT Students stood IIin NREC for paper presentation and III in MRGI for paper presentation. |
